How long does the first Payout take to transfer to my bank account?

For a new Stripe account, the first payout is usually delayed as part of Stripe risk controls. This delay cannot be waived.

First payout timeline

  • For new Stripe accounts, the first payout is generally sent 7-10 days after the first successful payment.
  • This is a Stripe-level requirement and applies even if payments are already successful.
2

Why this delay happens

  • Stripe uses this initial holding period to reduce risk while establishing account trust.
  • This is part of Stripe’s credit/risk process and is not controlled by Pokato.
  • The initial delay cannot be waived manually.

What happens after first payout

  • After the first payout clears, future payouts follow your account payout schedule.
  • Payout frequency and timing then depend on Stripe account settings and region rules.

Important note

For payout or payment issues, first confirm the correct linked Stripe account and its status in your Stripe Dashboard. If the issue still remains, please contact the Pokato Team.
