Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the Payment application for personal or commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the materials except as needed for normal use
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer the materials to another person or server
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions.

Third-Party Services

Pokato connects to third-party payment processors. By using our service, you also agree to comply with the terms of:

• Stripe — stripe.com/legal

You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with these services and complying with their terms. You are solely responsible for managing Stripe account & any payment related activites done with Stripe, you will be responsible for that.

Disclaimer

The materials and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vendex Software LLC makes no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of the service
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service
• The accuracy of any information obtained through the service

Limitations of Liability

Vendex Software LLC and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Request deletion of your personal information

Data requests require up to 30 days to process. Contact us at info@vendexsoftware.com to exercise these rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app. You can also disconnect your Stripe account from our platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota for resolution of any disputes.
