Locate missing payments and payouts

If you cannot find a payment or payout, it may be in a different linked Stripe account. Use your Stripe account ID from the Payment app to locate the correct account.

Find your Stripe account ID

  1. 1Open your Payment app and open the menu.
  2. 2On both iOS and Android, note the Stripe account ID shown there.
  3. 3Keep this ID ready to match the correct linked account in Stripe Dashboard.

Locate the matching linked account

  1. 1Open your Stripe Dashboard profile in a web browser.
  2. 2Review the list of linked Stripe accounts under your main account.
  3. 3Some linked accounts may have similar or same names; match using account ID, not just name.
  4. 4From the matching account row, use the ellipsis (...) and choose "Copy URL".
  5. 5Paste the copied URL in your browser to open that account and view balances/payments.

Why payments look missing

  • Your Stripe profile can contain multiple linked accounts.
  • Payments and payouts are shown per account, not combined by default.
  • Checking the wrong linked account can make funds appear missing even when they exist.

For payout or payment issues, first confirm the correct linked Stripe account and its status in your Stripe Dashboard. If the issue still remains, please contact the Pokato Team.
