Why are my Payouts disabled?

Payouts can be disabled by Stripe, the gateway used to process your card transactions. This is typically a compliance or account-verification hold and not a Pokato app bug.

Common reasons

  • Identity verification is incomplete or additional KYC documents are required.
  • Business details do not match legal records in your Stripe account.
  • Bank details are missing, incorrect, or recently changed.
  • Risk or compliance checks are pending after unusual activity.
  • Stripe has requested account review actions that are not completed yet.

How to fix it

  1. 1Open your Stripe dashboard and check pending verification tasks.
  2. 2Upload requested documents exactly as per legal business records.
  3. 3Verify payout bank account details and account holder information.
  4. 4Review Stripe emails and complete any risk or compliance actions.
  5. 5If still disabled, contact support with your Stripe account ID and payout IDs.
